MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 5.1 Boot up

Just would like to put out an idea and I don’t know if it would work?
If you fitted a HP Smart Array P410 with 2 sata drives in a raid 0 would you be able to boot from this?

TBH I dont know if this HP device is supported in Mac OS, but running an OS on a RAID setup is not supported for Mojave and up anyway.
