Hi there

During the last days my Mac Pro (5.1 flashed 2009 model) keeps the power led straight on even when the computer is off or sleeping. I think the this strange behavior began after the machine was in storage for a few months and CMOS battery died. After that the computer turned on as soon was AC was applied. After CMOS battery replacement all appears to be working normally except for the stuck power light. As soon as power cable is connected the power light turns on. Any ideas? I've tried SMC and NVRAM reset to no avail.

Right now It's more a cosmetic problem but I fear it may get worse.

BTW I'm running OCLP (latest version) and Monterey 10.7.1. Nvidia 780GTX video card.

Thanks!

No ideas? I've just replaced the Power Supply... No difference. Removed CPU tray, battery, PCIe cards and HDDs ... No difference... As soon as power cord is plugged in power led turns on.
