Mac Pro 5.1 upgrade advice

Hello,

I'm looking for a low CL memory in 16GB dimm config.

I found this mushkin memory http://bit.ly/1KpIHNX for $93.

The deal looks pretty good but I was wondering if anyone has found memory with lower CL

I think all 1333 RAM on the 5,1 must run at CL9, 1066 must be CL7, no other choice.
