Mac Pro 5,1 with Mojave, will boot GPT windows 10?

Hi,

i have a MacPro 5,1 with Mojave as the main OS. I have also a disk with windows 10 in MBR in which I can boot selecting it as boot disk (please note that I have no boot screens as I'm using a -windows version- Pulse RX580 as GPU). I'm preparing to upgrade to Monterey via OCLP. So, I need to make the windows disk GPT.

My question has to do with this: Will be the windows disk bootable if I convert it to GPT, as I'm still in Mojave?
