I have been mulling over the purchase of a 6 core 6.1 for use on large photo / graphic files, can I ask what would be good / fast external storage options available now in April 2018?
I would be looking for about 8 TB storage capacity and the ability to Time Machine this storage plus the 1 TB in the Mac Pro. I would have a preference for the external drive to be SSD but the Time Machine can be spinning HD, any suggestions?
