Mac Pro Airport Card Antennas Question

Hey guys I just got an airport card for my mac pro and I want to install it myself. However when I went to connect the antennas, none of them were labeled so I didn't know which to put where. So I was just trying to see if you guys could help me locate the 2 antennas that need to be connected. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This should help some.

They don't have the best photos but it will help you locate the wires in the Mac Pro. For me, the hardest part was attaching the little connectors to the card.
