Hi guys,

A question about windows 7 and a Mac pro 3.1 edition 2008. I have installed windows 7 and all is fine and dandy everything works, except in the bottom right hand corner there the error flag showing on the tool bar.

This is the error.

Apple Memory Controller GPE event is not compatible with windows 7.

It wont give a solution and there is no info on the apple site in regards to this problem with windows in bootcamp. I was wondering if anyone knows what this means, and how it might affect the computer system. All seems to be working.?

Anyone else ran into this problem in windows 7?

Have you installed the newest bootcamp drivers? They just came out 2 days ago... Prior to that there were a lot of devices that weren't officially supported under Win 7 (but functioned, nonetheless).
