Mac Pro arrived YESTERDAY, can I return?

Hi Everyone,

So my boss ordered a new Mac Pro 2 weeks ago, and it just arrived yesterday. He already opened it and booted it up. Needless to say he is pretty disappointed given today's announcement.

Could a legit argument be made to return this computer for a new Nehalem based one?

yes, you have i think two weeks to return the mac.

you may have to pay a restocking fee, but speak to apple and see what they say... x
