Im new to macs and today i noticed when i installed google chrome and updating java after you open the install file it places another file under "devices" why is this? and should i delete that file or just eject it and thats it? I've googled for hours and cannot find any info. I would just like to know if thats normal and for what reason it does this. i just don't want to have a bunch of install files floating around taking up memory.
