Mac Pro Droning Sound

I just added two Samsung Spinpoint F1 drives and I have a wierd drone now. It fades in and out every 2-3 seconds. The drives were properly seated in the cages, anyone have any idea what it might be?

The sound wasn't there before the memory/hdd upgrade...
 
It's the stock 320GB Seagate drive that has that drone sound. I reseated it and it got a little better but it's still louder... Samsung Spinpoints > *
