Mac Pro Fan issue at start-up

Hi all,

My Mac Pro 4.1 Fan does not run at full speed upon switch on my Mac. I don't really know if that sound serious or not?
I did a SMC reset with no success. I checked the CPU and GPU temperature at heavy load and both were at 80 C. I haven't done this step before, so I am not sure if these temperature reading are normal for Mac Pro at heavy load or not.

Huh?

The Mac Pro fans have never run at "full speed" during power-on. Sometimes the GPU fan will kick it up a notch prior to login, but that depends on the GPU.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, nothing is wrong with your computer as long as the fans are spinning.
