Mac Pro FW800 ports under Vista

Running Vista 64-bit via boot camp, I was always under the impression that Microsoft didn't support the FW800 standard in Windows

I don't see why Windows wouldn't support it. Over a year ago I bought a FW800 PC Card and used it fine in Vista 32-bit and Server 2003 32-bit. That was with a 500GB Western Digital My Book Pro.
