Mac Pro graphic card swapping...

If I would get a Mac Pro and would buy a second video card which would only work in Windows/Boot Camp could I easily swap the Cards before I boot the Mac.

Could I turn an Apple beast into a Windows gaming rig by "just" swapping graphic cards?

Would I run into any conflicts?

I don't see why you couldn't just keep the Windows card in your computer at all times... it won't be recognized by OSX. You could switch your monitor with one of those A/B switchboxes.
