Mac Pro instal bootcamp without optical drive

Hi there
I have a Mac Pro 4.1 flashed to 5.1 and i am trying to install bootcamp on one of my drive bays that i have wiped.
The issue that i have is that i have removed both optical drives and added hard drives instead.
Whenever i start the bootcamp process it says I cannot install windows without an optical drive

Does anyone know how i can bypass this and instal windows?

Edit: I have tried to use an external CD/DVD drive without success
