Mac Pro Kernel Panic

I have a Mac Pro early 2008 with 10.7.5 and have a kernel panic error at grey screen startup in Normal mode, safe mode, and trying to boot from the install disk. I reset the SMC and PRAM and also ran the extended apple hardware test which turned up no errors. Any ideas of what to try next?
