mac pro logic board finding

Does anyone know where can i buy the new g5 single quad core logic board?
Also i was wondering if this board is a 775 slot or the xenon server slot?
or does anyone have a parts number for the new g5 logic board single quad core?

well if it is G5 it would take a G5 chip. you may wish to change the title to mac pro if you want an intel xenon mobo.
