They are for the 2009/2010 models, but IIRC it was indeed Intel who made the boards for the early Pro's.

I don't know if this was ever confirmed. We can say for sure it was Intel or Foxxcon. Foxxconn definatly manufactured the systems for Apple. Of course now Foxxcon are Intel's ODM for boards so it is definatly Foxxconn in current systems.

Intel didn't manufacture the boards iirc, but they certainly designed all the internals.
 
2006 - 2008 boards = Intel (design + manufacture; Foxconn = final assembly)
2009 - 2010 = Foxconn from start to finish
