Mac Pro PCIe Card Configuration

Does this look like the ideal configuration for my expansion cards to get maximum speed out of each in my 2009 Mac Pro? (flashed 4,1 > 5,1)

SLOT 4 - M.2 AHCI SSD host adapter card w/heatsink
SLOT 3 - SATA SSD host card
SLOT 2 - USB 3.0 Card
SLOT 1 - GPU
