Mac Pro PSU fan becoming increasingly loud due to dust build up

I thought that by keeping the rest of the systems inards clean I would be able to keep the dust buildup away from the psu's fan but unfrotunately it has not quite kept it totally dust free, I know its down to dust and the rest of the system has been very easy to clean out, I do so once every 2 to 3 weeks, any suggestions or advice as to how to get the psu dust free / quite again would be much appreciated.
