Mac Pro Raid Question

Hi
i did a search however couldn't find the answer i was looking for..

so i have a Mac Pro
2x 320gb and 2x 500gb
i run both osx and windowsxp

i'm curious is it possible to run 2 raid0 systems in the mac pro?
first raid0 running osx and 2nd raid0 running windows xp?

I think booting in to XP from RAID is still unsupported.
