Mac Pro refresh soon?

The Buyer Guide here seems to think that a refresh on the Mac Pro's are coming soon, but it seems that the latest one was a long wait. Is that indicative of another long wait?

Also, how often does Apple post refurbished products on their site? That may be the only way I can afford one I am afraid!

Not until 2010, that's when Gulftown is coming so I would expect update in March or so
