Hello
I recently tried to hook up my new Mac Pro to my 50PC1R-TH LG plasma TV. Iused the Mac mini DVI connected to an HDMI cable which I connected to theTV HDMI port. Sound was through a separate audio cable. Sound workedgreat, but all I got on the picture was no signal. I tried duplicating themonitor and different sequences for turning on, plugging in, but nothing.I then tried the same to a different TV, Samsung LCD, and all workedgreat. Is there something different you need to do with the LG TV's?
Thanks for your help!

Do you have the T.V. on the right input mode? check by browsing through all the input modes and see that its not being displayed elsewhere.

Also, check if everything is connected correctly. I believe macs automatically detect and display on monitors, but if you want turn off and on the t.v. when its on the correct input.

The only other thing you may have to do, and since I don't have my mac in front of me to check, you can look at your sharing preferences and see if that is all ok.
