I just got an Epson movie projector and I'm try to figure out how to connect my MacBook Pro to it. What type of VGA cable do I need to have to connect it?

If it has VGA, then you need mini-DVI (pre-2008) or Mini DisplayPort (200:cool: to VGA adapter and a normal VGA cable

^^^Well I have the component to VGA video adapter that came with the projector. So is there something I can connect from that to my Mac? Sorry I am very new at this and tec is not my specialty.

Not really, an adapter would still be needed. mDP to VGA is your best bet if you have MBP with mDP
