Mac Pro won't play iTunes movie before fully downloaded

Hi,

On my 2013 Macbook Air I can't start download a 1080p TV-show, and after 30seconds it says "you can know start watching this film, while downloading". As I only have 15mbs download speed, this feature is brilliant for me.

When I try the same thing on my 2013 Mac Pro it gives me the same message, but the Mac Pro will start streaming it directly from iTunes instead of using the parts already downloaded.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
