Mac Pro won’t shutdown or restart.

hi,
My 2011 MP won’t shutdown or restart. It starts out of nowhere. The only way to shutdown is pressing the power button.
I’ve tried resetting the PRAM, boot in safe mode, unplugging from the wall, running Disk Utility to repair permissions. Nothing works to fix the issue.
I’m running High Sierra.

I appreciate any feedback.
