Mac Pro won't Sleep

Hey,

My mac pro, an '09 quad running SL, won't sleep any longer. even with "please sleep", which i've been using for a while now with success.

recently, i installed parallels... some other things, which i've quit and disabled, but still won't sleep!

any suggestions?
