Mac Pro Won't Sleep

I have a 3 month old Mac Pro that never seems to sleep on it's own after no activity. I have verified that it is set to sleep after 15 minutes of no activity and when I come home 3 hours later, it's still on.

Any ideas? Thanks

I have the same problem on MBP since the installation of EyeTV 2 software. I found no solution so far.
