Baiscally I have two hard drives that I know are infected, they break any PC they touch.
Is there any mac program that I can download to scan these drives and remove the virus?

ClamXAV is the recommended anti-virus if you need one for the Mac. It only finds Windows malware, and in your case, as long as those drives are usable on your Mac, should work just fine. That does of course depend on the problem actually being malware, but certainly easy to find out.

Sophos

another good alternative is sophos AV sophos.com

Sophos is not recommended, as it can actually increase your Mac's vulnerability. Read the link I posted for details. So many of these Sophos recommendations are made by first-time posters that it gives the appearance of attempted advertising. There are better choices that don't potentially compromise your Mac's security.
