EDIT: Disregard for now. After I posted this message, the Mac started recognizing my recovery methods again and is no longer prompting to add something.

I set up an Account Recovery Key months ago when I enabled Advanced Data Protection. I can see both the contact and key enabled on my iPhone. However, my Mac (MacOS Ventura, 2021 M1 14" MBP) just started prompting me to set up a recovery contact and/or key. When I view the option in settings, both are blank as if they are not enabled.

I know I have them enabled because I see it on my iOS device, which uses the same iCloud account. How can I get the Mac to recognize I have recovery methods already? I don't want to set up another key that is different from what I already set up because it could cause a conflict with my account.

same here! i actually created new key via my iphone but can put him on my mac :S the message so annoying
