I have three calendars:

1. Personal

2. Pastoral Care

3. PhD

I have 3 of these so i can have the events in different colours. Now the issue is when i publish my 'Personal' calendar it doesn't even grey out other events that are maybe scheduled from my other calendars so it appears as free time.

Is there anyway round this? I don't want people to have to compare all 3 of my calendars to see when i am free.

ok found the solution. You have to create a calendar group and then publish that.
