.Mac Questions - Web Remote Linking, FTP, Outlook?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting a .Mac account to replace my exchange account when I get my iPhone next month. I did have a couple questions I was hoping someone could answer..

1) Are there any apps to sync MS Outlook with .Mac calendar and contacts?
2) Can the data stored in iDisk or and/or Website Hosting be remotely linked? (IE, could I post an image right here into my post with <img> tags?)
3) Can the website hosting be accessed via FTP?

Absolutely, I do this. Anything in the iDisk/Sites folder can be linked to.

Cool. Now how would you get files on the iDisk.. Would you have to use what's built into Mac OS or can it be done through FTP?
