I was on my standard 13" white Macbook, and I accidentally bumped it, which caused it to spontaneously and immediately shut down. After I turned it back on, the charger was broken and still is. This is the 6th time my charger has broken and its been replaced all 6 times. Is there anything I can do to get it working again? and last time i was there, the genius bar person rebooted it and while it was rebooting, they held down a button and it sent them to a screen that showed the status of the charger and the battery, what is that button?
