MAC running on a snapshot.

I don't know how to describe this very well but my Mac is running the main computer on a snapshot... please see the screenshot. I did restore the Mac but this is the first time I have seen this... is there any way to get the system back to the way it used to be? In other words, get rid of that snapshot disk and have it running from the Catalina disk... (By the way... it is BIG Sur, I just haven't renamed the disk yet.)
