Last night it was working fine, today I can't attach any photos to yahoo or gmail and it won't let me upload into facebook. It jsut keeps saying it's loading, never gives an error message. Anyone have any tips? I'm quite clueless.

Mac running very slow, won't upload pics to yahoo, gmail or facebook

I doubt its your mac. It sounds like it could be your internet connection. Does your mac have a strong signal to your Wifi? I would bring it to a friends house or another wireless connection and see if the problem persists. You may have to just unplug your wireless and reconfigure it all again. Good Luck!
