Mac Safari affected with ad-ware help

Hi All

I am new to mac and now it's affected with Ad-ware. every 30 mins a new safari will pop with advertisement like "vigra", "Pornsites", "Gay sites" etc

For window i know i might be able to fins the exe file or registry entry to delete

but for MAC OS, HELP!!!!!

Reset Safari, clearing your cache and cookies. Have you installed anything recently, such as MacDefender or MacSecurity?

There has never been a virus in the wild that affects Mac OS X since it was released 10 years ago. The handful of trojans that exist can be easily avoided with some education and common sense and care in what software you install:
