Mac Screen Recorder?

I play league of legends on a macbook pro 4bg ram and i want a screen recorder that will record league while keeping my fps above 40ish. Anyone have any suggestions from personal experience from recording games? (I dont mind paying for programs either)

Try Quicktime. Just open it up, and it file> new screen recording. I am not sure about any FPS issues, but I have used it just fine in the past.

Quicktime can do it. But before they added that functionality, I used AmbrosiaSW's Snapz Pro X.
