Sorry, no. You've got a hardware problem and I don't know if Apple still has parts or anyone old enough to remember how to diagnose an SE. Are you still using it or do you want to use it? It will probably be easier to buy another one on eBay if you do.
 
The analog converter board is blown. Apple Part number 661-0371. Google it! It seems that there are places that still have them! You aren't really going to try to fix thing are you?!
 
Thanks, Sherman. I was hoping i could fix it for free, but I guess that won't happen. I already have an SE/30, but I don't really use either one, so it's not a big deal.
