I have to admit, I am getting sick of this, as a .mac subscriber for the last two years, I should not have to submit to outages while apple updates there service. Apple should either extend our service plans to make up for the outages, or provide refund adjustments, itunes cards or something.
Plus I love in all the mobileMe propoganda, how they indicate ".mac subscribers will be updated at no extra charge" What a crock of ****, of course upgrade me for free! Does apple truly believe that statement is value added for their existing customers? Come on?
