Running a 2012 Macbook Pro with 2.5 GHZ i5 and 500 GB HDD 4GB RAM. Running Mountain Lion 10.8.4. If I wake my laptop up, it sometimes goes back to sleep a few seconds later and I have to wake it up all over again. I think this is a ML problem but not sure, anyone know?

Have you performed the standard troubleshooting tasks? Repair permissions, clear caches, restart, etc?
That sort of sleep issue could be caused by the System Management Controller (SMC). Beware resetting your SMC should be a last resort after exhausting the standard troubleshooting methods.
