Ive just done a fresh install on an old A1181 32bit 2006 Macbook after putting in a 64gb SSD. i,m running 10.6.8 , I also have a partition with roaring core.10.7. I have managed to change spoof the address ok using ifconfig etc in terminal ( and some of the free programs about) and it works ok, however I cannot reconnect to any internet connection and just keep getting time out errors. I have disassociated the airport card both by trying to connect to a non existent network with the -z line in terminal without any success whatsoever.

Is it just the case you can't spoof with 10.6.8 and because roaring core is a botched version of 10.7 you can't do it in that either ?

Any hep would be appreciated.
