Mac storage being used is wrong

My MacBook Air 2018 has a massive amount of App storage used. It says I have 55.2gb of apps but it shows under get info that I have 5.69gb. How is this possible? I have Monterey installed too

Which version of MacOs? Btw. you can easily do screenshots on your Mac, which might make e.g. the upload to a forum a few steps shorter.

I have Monterey installed. I did use my phone to upload cause it’s easier for me to post.
