Its pretty self-explanatory, if it isn't the case then you will need Apple to adjust your AppleID/iCloud/App store settings I think...

that's the problem ... its seems pretty self-explanatory but my Apple ID is correct and is set correct. other apps are able to download and update except these 3

Then I think only Apple can help you, obviously control of apps vs AppleID's they keep pretty tight, there isn't anything on the device that can help AFAIK.
