Where can these be purchased in the UK. Been checking Apple UK retail stores online and no sight of any for the last few days besides some that popped up in Birmingham but was too far for me to travel for it.

I’ve been keeping an eye out and John Lewis seem to have some stock (literally 1 per store) of tilt-only models, but if you want VESA/height adjustable Apple seem to be the only option. I spoke to an Apple Business guy on Friday and he said they had some tilt-only stock in stores but that was it, and even they seem to have disappeared now.

I’m pretty much resigned to waiting 2 months for my VESA order from Apple.

Sheffield and Birmingham had them in yesterday.

Picked up an Ultra from Argos this morning - they could get me one quicker than Apple...
Not sure if they get the displays in too - just a case of email alerts or refreshing the page I'm afraid :(

Most of the Apple Stores had delivery yesterday and I secured one at the Apple Store in Bath at 10.30 and picked it up in the afternoon. You’ll have to keep checking first thing in the morning as each store updates its inventory at different times during the morning. I know that John Lewis have none online but some of their stores still have stocks

I managed to nab a Studio Display (at the educational price for collection) from the Birmingham Applestore this morning - must have been their last one as when I checked again a couple of minutes later collection had changed to 20th June. I'm hanging on to my online Apple order (due 14-25 April) until I have collected the one from Birmingham. My Mac Studio Max (base but with 2TB SSD) might be here on Monday if UPS get their act together and deliver as scheduled.

Was it just a standard with tilt?

My in-store collection had a minor hiccup. I had booked a pick-up slot for Saturday morning but awoke to find an email from Apple saying the Birmingham store is closed. Checking the store page confirmed it was closed, and would remain so for the next 7 days  Once the collection time had passed, the order page said I had until Thursday (7 days after I ordered it) to collect but this was before it was due to re-open. An Apple help chat got this changed to 14th, but then this morning the website showed the store is open again! So I collected my Studio Display this morning. I have had a quick test with the other-half's MacBook - it is a really nice screen - a significant upgrade on my current late 2012 27" iMac.

My Mac Studio is due to be deliverd tomorrow, but UPS tracking shows it is still in Shanghai, but hopefully I won't have to wait too long...

I really want to buy one, but I have no real need for it!
I'd love one too, but also no need for it! I'm moving away from PC gaming now too, which I think is entirely down to working from home, but if I could use my PS5 on the Studio Display I think I'd be way more inclined to buy one!

Are there any places in the UK getting stock? I've been checking John Lewis but nothing online or in store for the last week or two.

Yesterday there was stock in Argos and Very, but they’re all tilt-only and I think all out of stock now.

Tilt and height are in stock at Currys right now – I’ve just ordered one and will cancel my Apple order when it arrives.
Well done, I'd advise anyone to jump all over one if they're in a store near you. God knows how long it will take Apple to clear the order backlog.

Yeah, I broke the golden rule and didn’t call to confirm but they offered next day delivery so assumed that it was in stock (also, it hasn’t been in stock at all before today). We’ll see...can always cancel and refund if it’s a lie. ?

Currys are usually pretty spot-on with their stock - if its showing as available and you can order it, you will get it. Has been the same with every recent Apple launch including the Mac Studio and Studio Display.
