Mac Studio (M1 Utlra/128GB ram) very sluggish after sleep after installing Ventura

Hi,
I have a M1 Ultra MacStudio - and I have noticed since installing Ventura - the computer is extremely laggy after waking from sleep - to the point of 15-20 second delays from when I click something until it actually happens.
I don't have stage manager on - and nothing seem to be using much ram ( It has 128gb) and nothing going on with cpu processes.
It does seem to get better after a restart - but it creeps back up again after sleep.
Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
