Hi, it's being 7 months working with the Mac Studio Pro, and I'm having some ports problems related to power and video graphics, this is my main work station so bringing it to Apple to check a real problem to me.
My problems are:
-Monitor 1 (main screen) is connected trhough Tb4 and time to time it goes blank for 2 seconds, quite annoying around 3-4 times a day.
-Monitor 2 via HDMi goes blank very randomly, manybe 1 time every 3 days, and I have to disconnect HDMi port then connect again.
-The Cintiq is connected through Thunderbolt 4 port and using video and data, when booting the MS, the screen works but the pen is not working (data) I have to manually disconnect the cable from the port then connect again then works.
-iPhone is connected to USB-A port but it doesnt gets the 1600mA extra energy all the time I connect it, sometimes I have to disconnect the cable from port then connect it again, so I do it ALWAYS as you can´t tell when is working until you open system info, as it fails a lot, every day, it gets only standard 500mA.
All this hardware was working perfectly in my rMacbook Pro 15" 2012 (Screens were connected via minidisplayport and HDMI)
wondering if more MS users are affected by this then I would save the hustle of bringing it to the repair service.
