I found this while searching the support section of .Mac.
Beginning Monday May 3, all .Mac support questions are handled through email. Please visit http://www.apple.com/support/dotmac/ and provide the requested information. You will still be able to resolve any questions that you have currently posted on .Mac Discussions but no new requests will be accepted.
does anyone know if this is how it is going to be for all apple support online? I wonder if they are choosing this because of all the negative support comments online (specifically .Mac) and fear it is hurting their business. I hope this is not their reason, but I really wonder. Hopefully they can just get the eMail issues with .Mac sorted out soon as it is obvious many are having issues. I have a had a few lately as well.
