Under the Login Item's in my account theres 3 items 2 of which are checked

What is this Mac Swapper Demon? Does it need to be checked?

It seems that it has something to do with a connection manager that you put on or it comes from your Telco. If you still don't know what it is, I'd do what the thread said and get rid of it.
