Mac sync claims unable due to complete sync due to not enough space

After updating to iOS 17, I went to import new photo's and videos on the phone to Photo's on my iMac. I opt to have Photo's delete the photo's from the phone after import. I go to sync to get the photo's and videos back on the phone and claims unable due to not enough space.

I have 50 GB of storage left, the only change/needed space is the photos and videos that were just on the phone and it claims it needs 10 GB more space than available.

Any advice?
