Mac Syncing app needed please

Hello,

I'm pretty "anal" when it come to backing up data and such. I currently have an external HD setup for my Time Machine and I run and pay for Mozy.

Well this week I bought a portable USB powered WD 500GB Passport drive.

I would like to keep a "real time" sync of my "David on Mac" files with the drive. That way I could take the drive to work, etc and when plugged back into the Mac it would automatically sync back up.

Can someone here please recommend a program that may do such a thing?
