Okay So I tried using Mac the Ripper on a movie I have and it didn't work so I just tried to play the movie itself from the DVD and it said not permitted.... Anything I can do to help this?

for what i understand its only available to people who sign up on the forums, i tried that about a year ago and never got any response at all from my tens of follow up inquiries. i meant that its not available for the general consumers, unless you can tell me different?
